I just re-read this. I wouldn't say it's the best thing he ever wrote, but
it is very good indeed. That's remarkable considering it was published in
1971 when Plum was 90 odd at the time. McCorquadale's scenes with Bertoe
and Aunt Dahlia are hilarious.

I haven't read this one, only listened to it as an Audiobook. Dinsdale
Landen did the reading and I didn't like his reading at all. He
narrates much too fast. I'll have to listen again and try to pay more
attention to the actual story.
